Editions Didier Millet launched 7 Days in Myanmar: A Multimedia Showcase, a unique project that will see 30 of the world’s leading photographers travel the country for one week, capturing unforgettable images of Myanmar’s people, landscapes, industries and traditions. The launch was held on 27 April 2013 at Chatrium Hotel. Sponsor companies, the media, journalists and several international and local photographers involved in the project attended.

American photographer Catherine Karnow: “I am very excited to have the chance to take photographs in Myanmar.”

French photographer Alain Compost says he is very excited to come to Myanmar, where he has never taken photographs before.

Indian photographer Raghu Rai: “I am very pleased to participate in this project as I haven’t been to Myanmar before or had the chance to photograph aspects of the religion here.”
